Before you go:

  • Weather in Southern California in October can be warm (or cold) so be prepared.

    • At the Show:
  • We will be having a dog bathtub with shampoo but bring your own towels - do not use the hotel towels and do not bathe dogs in your rooms.
  • There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.


    • About Rooms and Rates:
  • If you get a rate for your room and it is not the $99 go ahead and make the reservation and let Donnelle know and it will be changed. We still have some rooms left but some of the nights are sold out of our block so you will be quoted a higher price. If there are rooms available the hotel will currently still lower the rate.
  • There is NO PARKING FEE for reservations made within our group. The new fee applies only to others.
  • Construction in the atrium and restaurant will be held off until after we leave so no inconvenience for us!
  • There are still rooms available at our group price! Hurry and make your reservation before they're gone!


    • Tuesday:
  • Tuesday night in the Hospitality room there will be a wine & cheese tasting party.


    • Wednesday:
  • Pat Hastings' Seminar "Puppy Puzzle" at 2 pm.
  • Dr. Jamie Bush presents "New Findings" on PDE.


    • Thursday:
  • On Thursday afternoon a representative from AKC will be on hand to answer any questions and give help "when AKC comes to inspect." Everyone should plan on talking with her because you never know when you might have an inspection.


    • Friday:
  • PDCA Judges Education Seminar at 8 am.
  • No Host Cocktail Reception at 7 pm.


    • Saturday:
  • The Best of Breed judging on Saturday is dressy dress.
